Jon Comer Skatepark is located at Rick Oden Park in Garland, Texas. As the second largest skatepark in Texas, it covers a sprawling 48,500 square feet, accommodating skaters of all skill levels. The park is divided into three main sections: a Street/Plaza, a Bowl/Transition area, and a dedicated Beginners' section. Designed for progression and skill development, the park features a wide array of obstacles including bowls, rails, stairs, ledges, quarter pipes, and hips. Its smooth asphalt surface and metal coping make it a choice venue for skateboarding, BMX, scooters, and rollerblading. The park offers amenities such as restrooms, water fountains, seating, shade, and ample parking. It's open daily from 6 a.m. to 10 p.m., and while the atmosphere is generally welcoming and community-oriented, it can become crowded at peak times.
